FrontPage has been is no longer an active MS product.
The new product is Web Expressions, which is not as good as FrontPage for normal people.
FrontPage is still available for sale - it is not a free program and you should not try and steal it.

forget frontpage.. it is useless, download Kompozer, it is much much better at designing websites than frontpage, alot easier to use and free because it is an Opensource product!!
