Question about Toshiba Satellite M100-ST5211 Notebook
Please take out the battery and use the ac to power on. Use different outlets as well. If it powers on, it is okay to put the battery back in. If it does not, check for any physical damage on the power cord and the ac adapter. If there is none, you will need to have your laptop fixed. Hope this helps. Thank you.
