Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies

I simply cannot get my Lexmark Photosmart C4400 Series printer to work with my Macbook. At first I thought the problem was just replacing the ink cartridge. The problem persists after the cartridge has been replaced.

It might be a problem with Mac not compatible with printer.

Let me know the exact Model of the Printer and your Macintosh.

Iink cartridge won't align. C4400 wont copy.


all you need to do is reset the device by pressing the power button for 30 secs in on condition
this will fix it for sure

select software and driver downloads
for product type in photosmart c4400
select your operating system
and download
follow instructions

If you are using MAC as an operating system then you could install the software. However, if you are using apple or leopard as your Operating System then there is no download. The software that the printer supports is either MAC or Windows
