Question about Toshiba Satellite 2250XCDS Notebook
Our laptop shut down after it ran out of battery while operating. We were renaming photos. When restarted on power cord, the Windows boot-up screen, photos and programs display red pixels for black pixels, and white areas show as cyan. With further bootups, the screen area is starting to shrink (now 3" purple bar on right edge, and 1/2" grey bar at bottom). Otherwise the laptop seems fully functional.
Please help, if you can. Thanks for being there. Brae
If you have a warranty - have the manufacturer replace the lcd display unit.
