Mom took her Rival rice cooker to an event and the serving spoon/spatula/scoop didn't make it back, Is there a source for such items?

Look around wherever they carry wooden or bamboo utensils, especially if they have items used in Far Eastern cooking. It's called a rice paddle.

What is a scoop?

"In common usage, a scoop is any specialized spoon used to serve food.
In the technical terms used by the food service industry and in the retail and wholesale food utensil industries, there is a clear distinction between two types of scoop: the disher, which is used to serve ice cream, measure a portion e.g. cookie dough, or to make melon balls; and the scoop which is used to measure or to transfer an unspecified amount of a bulk dry foodstuff such as rice, flour, or sugar." What are the rice measurements for this cooker? I lost the scoop!

Measurements are much the same for all rice cookers. The scoop holds around 135gms of rice for one person, then fill the cooker up to the level appropriate for the number of scoops you have used.
I find washing the rice first makes better rice.

Lost my instruction book...want instructions to make rice in cooker...ratio of rice and water please

I have a Toastmaster 3 cup rice cooker but think the ratio would be the same.
Long grain white rice - 2 rice measuring cups - water to 2 cup line = 8 (1/2 cup) servings
3 rice measuring cups - water to 3 cup line = 12 (1/2 cup) servings

Long grain brown rice - 1 1/2 Rice measuring cups - water to 3 cup line - 6 (1/2 cup) servings

For fluffy rice: After cooker shuts off, allow rice to stand for approx. 15 minutes, covered, before serving.

Hope this helps
