all you need to do is to inset the disc software that came along with the office you bought into your cd/dvd drive, allow it to auto run and follow the setup wizard, you will be asked to put the product key, the product key is at the back/front of the disc pack.

sometimes the discs are corrupted. but usually if you wash the discs in warm soapy water going from the hole to the outer edge .(never around the disc) then dry with soft cloth they will work.

This means that the disc is unreadable. I suggest cleaning it with a clean cloth. If that does not help, I suggest replacing the game by buying a new copy of it.

Inset your O/S disc & reboot from CD. Run repair windows & wait for it to complete. Before you do this you could also try quick restore within windows. You can often restore you computer to the last known stable condition.

How do you manually get the disc to eject? the

There is a small hole just below the disc door. Straighten a paper clip or some like object and push it into that hole. It should release the tray. The clip will go in an inch or so before it contacts the door release. This given that it is not jammed by an improperly inseted disc or something. In that case you will need to pull the drive out and take the top off. Good luck

He must have copied the film from a disc and it's asking for the disc to be put back in.
FabDVD is a good program for converting films to a format that the Archos can play and also other formats as well like mobile phones, Xbox 360, Playstation 3 etc.

dear ejcafe, if you can't install it you might like to contact your vendor. If you are unable to use it, maybe you would like to tell the error so that i can figure out what might be wrong.
