I took the tip apart to remove a jammed nail, and now it will no longer drive a nail, while it does trigger. What might help is seeing a schematic of how the tip parts are to be assembled- I think I did it correctly, but possibly not....

    Thanks....

I was fastening trim fillets to baseboards I was installing when the gun stopped working and wouldn't trigger. I disassembled the loading mechanism and removed the 1" nails.  After reinserting the loading rail 1"  in the correct position and locking the spring loader in the rear slot I could trigger the fastener several times but, couldn't drive a nail.

SOURCE: Arrow ET200 nail gun only put nails in 1/8 of inch.

This electric nail gun does not have much power. Try shorter nails and softer wood. You need a pneumatic nail or staple gun for medium or heavy work. I have both a nailer and stapler and neither are very good.

Do you still need this? I have a good board from my ET200. I dropped it, and the piece that keeps the nail driver steady when it shoots in & out broke off. However, the gun still functions fine. Let me know.

There are no adjustments on any electric stapler / brad nailer that I've heard of , only the pnumatics. The electric staplers/brad nailers only work well in softer woods
