Turn your computer on and begin pushing the key F8 up and down until you get a screen. Then choose the option last known good configuration, hopefully that will take care of your problem.

0xc0000005 error is one of the errors a PC user can face. This is a critical access violation error that needs a quick response. Possibly a compatibility problem with software. Check your task manager for for new or unknown processes, and check your startup processes for such issues. Also scan your machine with an anti-virus and malware scanner.

Hope this helps, careful what you download, and always scan before opening.

That model's definitely a junker. I'd recommend an entirely different computer brand. If you could afford it, Sony is a good brand, as well as Samsung. Just stay away from the Vista OS, it's terrible. Try Windows XP or Windows 7 on your next computer after you get your money back.

My new ipod pink nano 8gb keeps freezing

First you have a bad port on computer you probably need to plug your cable in the back of the computer. If you keep letting your ipod freeze like that your going to seriously mess it up. I'm going to teach you a way to fix your problem with freezing. the next time your ipod freezes hold the "MENU" and "CENTER" button at the same time. After that you need to take your ipod and restore it through iTunes. Please rate this response I would like to know if I helped.

My creative zen keeps freezing!

Hi -
I know this response is way late to help you, but I was having the same problem. I could turn the zen on fine, but as soon as I tried to play music it would freeze and I couldn't turn it off. Using the reset button didn't help any since it would still freeze if I tried to play anything.

But I found reformatting the entire zen totally fixed it.

-directions-
Connect your zen to your computer, go to windows explorer, click computer on the side bar, and your zen should be under "portable devices". Click on it. You should now be viewing the "storage media". Right click and select "Format...". This completely resets the zen, clearing any preferences or media you put on it and the freezing problem.

It was annoying putting all the pictures, videos, and itunes back onto my zen, but at least it works now. Since I've reformatted it, I have had no problems.

Hopefully this helps others who experience this problem.
