Hi,

I think there should be a gasket in the watertank that the filter goes over.

What ventelite mean

This can happen if there is not water in the system to prime it. If it has been out of use for a while, or if the water tank was low and you used most of the water for the last shot, steam, or hot water drink. With the machine off, fill the water tank, turn the machine on, and immediately, before heating up, run water out the steam wand. This will fill the system and clear the Ventilate message. Sometimes, if you use an aqua prima water filter, they can slow the water flow enough to trip the machine into sensing a lack of water. Be sure to change the filters on time.

I have a Saeco Incanto S Class rondo I think it is an older version as very manual no computer. It has a flashing red light on left side (where coffee comes out) it has a ~~ on it. The machine still...

That light indicate that you need to change the water filter in the tank. The water filter is either an Aqua prima
or intenza filters. If you are not using the filter I would suggest to just reset the light. You can reset the light by holding down the water button under the coffee brew button. Looks like a water drop.

Saeco professional. Water tank needs filling, switch OK

Hi
It could be the magnet in the water tank. If it sinks you will get that message. How do you know the switch is OK?

Hi,

Press the button in the upper right corner. When the light flashes, release the button.

Make sure the brewing unit, dregsbox and driptray is in position.

Try to open the steam knob and make a cup of water.

Hope this will help you.
