Go to: superantispyware.com

Download the Free Home version, run it and it should help you out. It really depends on how embedded this spyware is. More information would help. Good luck!!

Your computer is infected with some form of spyware or malware. Try installing and running a spyware removal program. Adaware is a good and well known brand, available both online at lavasoft.com or at most computer retail stores. Most antivirus programs also have some form of spyware removal, though free antivirus programs this feature is either disabled or severely limited.

Viruses riddle on laptop...want to fix with out reinstalling the operation system.

go to www.download.com There you will find several very good and free virus and spyware removal tools. I personally recommened spybot search and destroy. Lavasofts, Ad-Aware and AVG's Anti-Virus Free. They are all freeware you can download there at no cost and run them first to try and eliminate the viruses on your machine.

HP Laptop crashes on shutdown

Assuming Windows XP/Vista. There are two things to look into first:
First, let's assume it's an application or service that's not stopping/restarting correctly. Click "Start", "Run...", type "msconfig" and click [ok] or press [Enter].
Choose "Diagnostics Startup", click [OK] and allow it to restart your computer. This will essentially disable ALL non-essential services and startup programs.
Once restarted, it will notify you that msconfig has been invoked. Attempt to put the computer in sleep mode and bring it out several times. Then try shutting it down & restarting it several times as well.

If this does not work then we are going to test for malware/spyware. At this point you can leave it in "Diagnostics Startup" or not - the choice is yours.
I've had the most luck with spyware removal using Malwarebytes. Download here: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Download Link.
And since no one spyware/malware tool is perfect, don't be afraid to use any of the malware tools found here: http://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-adware-spyware-scumware-remover.htm. The only tool I use that isn't mentioned there is ComboFix: http://www.combofix.org/.

The only thing that concerns me is the reference to a high pitch sound. I'm hoping it's a service associated with your sound drivers. Otherwise, if none of the attempts above resolve your issue, I'm left wondering if it is a hardware issue.

Good Luck!

disable system restore and delete the restore points and then update your anti virus and anti spyware defintions and run a virus and spyware scan in safemode.
How to disable system restore points and delete them
How to get into safe mode
Also what anti virus and anti spyware products are you using - if anything symantec then get rid of that and use avg free or avast ( register it for free and then its free for home use )
Also for anti spyware use spybot search and destroy as well as a squared
If you need specific links to those post back. If you need further info / help post back
Also if this resolves your issue please rate it as a fix.

Hp video camera is not working

(If I understand your first problem is: you may have some virus and/or spyware) Update and run your anti-virus program.
You need to install update and do all the tweaks on a recognised anti-spyware program.
If you have an anti-spyware program installed make sure it is NOT listed on 'The Spyware Warrior List of ‘Rogue/Suspect Anti-Spyware Products & Web Sites’
http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti...
Those are "anti-spyware programs" that install their OWN spyware, while 'supposedly' removing everything else.
Use instead "Ad-Aware 2007", "Spybot - Search & Destroy", "SpywareBlaster" are three good ones. Beware of imitations and name similarities. Install and update then run them weekly after doing the latest updates.
Lastly, to stay OFF of Weird and Strange websites!  ;>)
Install McAfee SiteAdvisor.

After you clean-up your computer.
Go to your "Device Manager" (Right click on ‘My Computer', select 'Properties', click the 'Hardware' tab, click the 'Device Manager' button. Click the "Sound video and game controllers"). If there is some kind of a "Warning" icon superimposed on the 'Vidieo Camera' icon there is your problem!
If no "Warning" icons then try...
One at a time...
Double click on each of the devices that have 'Vidieo' in the listings.
Click the "Properties" tab; look for any "Warning" icons
Uninstall the DRIVERS for THAT DEVICE only. See instructions below.
Click on the faulty device and hit the remove button, follow the instructions given by the program.
Shutdown, restart, the device will automatically reinstall by the "Found New Hardware" program.

Spyware problem in Laptop Satellite M100

I haven't checked the link out but the chance of it not being a malicious site is too small to be worth bothering. DON'T EVER GO TO A SITE THAT POPS UP PROMISING TO HELP YOU OUT. My preferred anti spyware products are Spybot Search & Destroy and LAvasoft's Ad-Aware. If you can download the installation files onto another computer and then install and run them on your computer when it is disconnected from the internet and in safe mode, you are more likely to be successful.

VIRUS INFECTION , YOUR SYSTEM IS INFECTED

this is what sounds like a trojan or for of spyware, probably disguised as a screen saver. If you have no anti virus installed download this programme for free http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-virus-free If you have no anti spyware programme download this for free. http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5 on the laptop press Ctrl, Alt & delete or right click on task bar to get to the task manager and on the processes tab look for the scrensaver.exe or similair that is running, click on it and press end process. this should allow you to work with windows Install the programmes, then go to system restore tab in my computer>right click>properties>system restore tab and click 'turn off system restore'(this will stop any virus or spyware backups reinstalling). Run both the programmes and remove any spyware or virus. If it still appears you may have to uninstall it safe mode, which is press F8 key on start up and select 'start windows in safe mode' and run the antivirus and spyware programmes again.
