Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
You need to restart your PRINT SPOOLER to restablish communication between your printer and computer. Here's how:
3. Type: services.msc
4. Scroll down and find PRINT SPOOLER
5. Right-click on it and choose RESTART
This will clear out the eight jobs in your queue and fix the problem. Try printing one job to see if that works. Make sure that you choose a small job <1MB. Good luck!!
