Question about HP DeskJet 940c InkJet Printer
First make sure that there is ink in the color cartridge. Take a damp cotton pad and put the cartridge on it for a few secs. This will bleed the colors out . See that you get all the colors. Then
Go to Control Panel> Printers and Faxes> right click on your printer's icon, go down to properties. There under advance, you can do a head cleaning. Under color management, set it to automatic.
