Question about SanDisk Sansa MP3 Player
When i push the power button on my mp3 player the sandisk logo flashes on but then shuts completely off. I can't tell if it's even charging when I plug it into the computer....
Your device battery might be defective..since you said the device is not charging when you connected to the computer..Ill strongly recommend that you call sandisk to see if they can set up an RMA for you...I hope that helps..
