I have the Little Tikes train 4505 and need a battery, charger and a new connector to the battery. Where can I find these parts or is there another way to fix these problems?

This says it is only supposed to run for 30 seconds, so it must have some sort of timer, perhaps in the chimney stack. The other possibility is that the electric motor needs cleaning and lubricating. If you have a Model Shop near you, they normally do repairs or know someone that does. It is a $90 toy so worth repairing!

START/STOP BUTTON With fingers away from track, press top of smoke stack to start and stop train. (Train will move for 30 seconds then stop. Press smoke stack to start train again.)

Hi, You can try a 12v battery the one's for motorcycles. Go to auto parts store they may have one for you. Good luck.

I cant find where to charge this train set. WHere does the plug go into to begin charging

Remove the single screw from the seat and the battery is under the seat. Separate the wiring connector and the charger connects to the harness from the battery.

Where do you plug the charger on little tykes H2?

The charger will plug directly into the battery, but it must be a specific little tikes battery charger because the connectors are slightly different than other battery connections.
The battery is usually located under the hood in front. I try to charge my batteries up at least 18 hours.

Maybe you have a bad switch problem, but I would talk to them before you purchased anything. Your Little Tikes Battery might be bad as well, or the charger.

Janice We also have a little tikes train circa 1980's that we would would llike to get running for our grandson. I have ordered a battery from Apex Battery.com. I believe that The Elpower EP695 battery should work. It is the right dimensions and is a 13 Amp hour battery vs the 9.5 amp hour that was installed. We do not have the connectors for the cars and wonder how they connect together. Could take a photo of the car connectors and post it so that we would have an idea of what we are looking for. Thanks
