Find a toothpick and push in the RESET button for 5+ seconds. This will reset the unit and allow it to power on. Good luck!!

I'm afraid that Motorola put in their mobiles broken batteries or seam with charger. I must report my Phone to operator. You should do it too. Nothing else works. I asked on all forums that i know and nobody know what to do. I tried on other chargers and it didn't work too.
