Question about Computers & Internet
it sounds like your keyboard is set to an american style layout.
if the @ key shows up as a " mark and vice versa then you just go to the blue bar at the bottom of the screen on the right hand side you will see the letters EN double click on it and the option to change from english us to english uk will be there. change to english uk and then remove the us version completely as it can default back to it, restart your machine and you should be o.k.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
