I have a 1995 Honda Accord. While checking fuses I pulled the fuse for the air bag. NOW the SRS indicator light is on and will not go off. I tried disconnecting the battery to see if it would "reset" didn't work.

You can go to auto zone and the will hook a conputer up fr free..in my solution i would say theres a code that needs to be earased.done with new technoligy.lol..sincerly bobby kiser

SRS "Safety Restraint System" This is a Red flag indicating an air bag issue. Unless they can fix it brfore you purchase it, you may want to stay away from this one.
SRS is your air bag system and the light indicates self-diagnostics are finding something amiss and turning the system off. Do you have anything on the front seat? Is your passenger leaning on the door? In both of these cases the system is acting normally, but will deactivate the air bags. Remove the junk, sit up straight, and the light should go away. Also check for a blown fuse. If that's not it then I'd only recomend a Honda technician diagnose this important safetey feature.
srs means secondary restraint system. e.g air bags and things like that. when it stays on for a few seconds its because it is doing a systems check. if the light stays on all the time then there is a problem. hope i helped.
SRS is for the air bag. Thje computer is detecting a problem with the air bag. Read the codes. If you dont have access to a code reader then take it to a shop and have the codes read
Open the door of both sides (driver and passenger) and look for the panel for the fuses. Remove the panel and you will see the fuse box. The information of the fuses is on the panel.
The only way you can fix this is to replace the driver side air bag it has lost its charge i have seen this many times with honda and have had this problem before myself.Hope this is helpful to you!

the Srs light come when the computer detect a problem with the system, but never go off until you fix the problem and reset the computer,
When the light is on, yhe SRS or air bags are deactivated if you have an accident the air bags don't will deploy and you don't gonna be protected.
Check when the light come on or if you have idea why com on.

You can read the codes on your car, using Self diagnostic yellow connector behind the instrument panel fuse box. reading the blinking of the SRS light.

If you have the SRS light, you have problem with the Air bag system. and need to take codes to see what happen or what is damaged.
Honda 2000 Accord come with a yellow connector behind of the Instrument panel fuse box. That is used to take manual codes from the SRS computer.. to see the problem.
