I need a Base Plate Template for my toto washlet c100
I bought a ToTo washlet C100 at a auction and I didn't get the Base Plate template with it, so in order to complete the installation , I need to order one , can you help me in finding one. Thank you, Betty

If within a year of purchase it is still in warranty and Toto will repair it. Unfortunately they don't seem to offer on-site repair, you must remove and send it in.
check the GFCI outlet (ground fault circiut interupt) that the commode is plugged into there is two button on the outlet one is test and the other is the rest try pushing the rest button. If it kicks back off or doesnt take care of the problem call the installer.
There are two types of bowls as far as toilets are concerned...elongated and round front. The seats are interchangable as long as there isn't anything different in the way the seat is mounted to the toilet. As far as I know and my experiance with both brands, I can't see any reason why it would not work.
from where?? If it is leaking on to the floor from the base of the toilet you need a new wax ring installed,,, if the water is comming out from where the tank bolts to the bowl you need to get the proper kit since it;s a toto they are one of a kind and don't have any universal kits that will work, call or e-mail toto tell them you need the tank to bowl kit, might as well tell them to send the flush valve also and just do the whole thing good luck
