Try this: go to start>run and type in "msconfig" and press enter. go to the startup tab. find the entry that would refer to the antivirus scanner and uncheck it, then click on apply.

How do I remove the error message when my computer starts up that says c:progra~1mywebs~1ar.binm3plugin.dll

Go to start -> Run Type the following in the open box and click OK

MSconfig

The System Configuration window opens.

Please click on Start up tab

Remove the check mark from entries related to Mywebsearch OR M3PLUGIN.DLL

Then click on Apply, Close and Please click on Exit without restart.

When the system restarts, you will see a message about System Configuration Utility. Click in the box for "Do not Show this message" and then click on OK.

It may work!

Pc restarts & display "System has recovered from serious error"

If you have *********** board manual still then try and clear the CMOS memory,

turn the computer off
remove the power lead from the back
take the side off
remove the cmos battery
move the cmos jumper from pins 1 and 2 to pin 2 and 3 and the back to pins 1 and 2
replace the battery
put the side on
replug in the power lead
boot the computer

if that doesn't work then try to fix the bios.
here are instructions for that:

Error during start of Computer

Hi shyjuu, run a search for the file css.exe (Which may be part of spyware). Once windows has found the file or files delete them. (Double check that they are not being used by a program). If it is, uninstall the program. Run a virus scan on the drive.
