I think you mean you need a PAC code. You can only get this from your network provider, phone them and ask. I do not think you should have put your phone number on the internet where the whole world can see it.

Hi the only way you can do this for free is call o2 and ask for your PAC code they may offer to do you free calls if you stay with them or free texts but if you want to change to 3 you need to get o2 to give you the pac code then you need to ring 3 and give them the pac code and they can then give you an access code.

not all phones will accept the 3 network so you need to check if the phone is 3g or not you can take it into any independent phone shop and ask them for free they will tell you if you can use a 3 sim or not

if o2 wont give you the pac code then the only option you have is to get it unlocked at a phone shop, their will be a small charge for this but once it is done it will take any sim card in the world so it will be able to go on any network.

if you have been with o2 for a while then they will give you the pac code for free over the phone, if you have not been with them for long then they dont have to give you the code but its still worth a try

if they wont just take the phone to a phone shop go to one of those independent ones the self traders and not the big branded ones as they will charge a lot more and have to send the phone off and they will charge you for this, the smaller shop will be cheaper and can do it in store.

their is no other way of doing this as you either need the unique pac code or cables and software to unlock it

you have a couple of options, you can take your phone into a phone shop and ask them to unlock it to all networks, they will charge a small amount for doing this and this is your easiest option

the second option you have is to call O2 and tell them you want to use the phone on a different network, you need to get your PAC code off them, they may offer you some deals to stay with them but if you want to change network you need the PAC code, now they dont have to give you this code but should do if you tell them your changing network, you then call vodafone and tell them you have got the PAC code and need to use your O2 phone on the vodafone network, they can then unlock the phone for you using the PAC code.

your best option would be a phone shop as this is the quickest and easiest way to unlock your phone
