How do i get numbers up in text on my alcatel ot-355

Hi clarissa1112 This is an older phone. That uses an keypad where you have to hit the button until it turns into the number. Now you may want to check your menu to see if you have an option to change to numbers. This can be a little time consuming while sending text messages. This is a phone that is based on the older system. It isn't a bad phone. Let me say that a lot of people have older base technology phones. So it doesn't do everything that some of the newer phones do. The carriers are going with the iphones,blackberries and the androids.Good fortune with your phone and hope this helps.
