Synchro problem

I have a Palm 31 still under guaranty and a Palm Tungsten E. They have both stopped synchronising with the computer.I have installed the program again, but have lost all the the data in the computer. When I tried to transfer the data back from my handheld, it seemes to be working but nothing gets transfered.Any new data on the computer is not transfered to the handheld.
Help is needed.

I did not resolve my problem and I was very disappointed with the lack of advice given. It did not seemed to come from any expert but from other users. Neither took notice of the details in
my e-mail..
