I would try adding some numbers to the end of your email name or try another name. As far as your password, try to make it atleast 8 alpha numeric characters long, incorporate atleast 1 number and atleast 1 letter. So something like A1B2C3D4E5F6G7H8I is actually very strong.

Hi. There's other way to recover your password to your email account. You can change your alternate email account if you can login to our email account which you forgot your password.
