Question about HTC TyTN Smartphone
I have used the 'phone this morning and all was fine.
I dialled this afternoon and the remote number rings but I hear no dial tone and no response when the remove called person answers it.
You will have to do a master or "hard" reset which will reset your phone to factory state. This can be done via Tapping Start > Settings > System tab, then tap Clear Storage and input "1234". Conversely you can also hard reset your phone by holding both your softkeys (the physical keys that map to left and right menu options) and using your stylus to hit the reset button while holding those two softkeys.
Warning: when "hard reset" executed ,it will delete all files and back to factory setting...You better save your important files. Hope it may help you; Regards, VOTIT

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
