What you can do is try to clean your printer with the air blower if you have or you can also use your vaccum cleaner but be carefull keep some distance and blow the air as it has lot of pressure. apart from that try reinstalling the printer drivers. This might fix your problem.
Make sure the cartridges are properly returned to their carriage. Try to take them out and then turn off the printer. After a minute, turn them on again. If the printer ask for a print cartridge, then open the cover and put back the cartridges again.
disconnect printer from computer cancel documents in queue if using a straight USB connection, delete all instances of printer. else remove duplicate printer icons. reboot & reconnect printer (swap cables if not detected)
This will fix your problem.
