help fix error code sc690 on ricoh 2035 copier

SC690 - A GAVD block I2C bus error.
An error is detected in the GAVD communication I2C control register of the GABIC2.
• I2C bus on BICU defective.GAVD IS THE laser controller loacated on the laser unit.
