Question about Alpine CDA-9855 CD Player
I have a problem with mine the screen doesnt work but everything else does you can see the green lights and everything but just the screen is blank can you help me

I had this problem the other day too, I found that if you hold down the function key and press the source buttom it brings up a preset options usually set to 65 use the down to to change to say 6b and it stopped going off, this might help I hope it does.

A har i know this 1 because i had the same problem its a little chip in the face u can get it fixed for about 25 quid, I got mine fixed but it ended up only lasting a few days turns out something was burning it out for the cost of diggin any further it was just best to buy a new front.

Make sure that the face is properly and securely attached. If the face goes blank and the music cuts out you may have a loose pin in the harness. You should pull it apart and test this with a multimeter. A simple solution if this is the problem may be to hardwire that loose pin directly to the opposite connecting end. Good luck
