Question about Computers & Internet

1 Answer

I recently removed my lexmark printer from my computer, to use a HP system. My print spooler will not start, and the LexBce server will not start either. I don't have a printer hooked up to my dell. Is there an exe file that I removed along with the computer program? I have checked the service files...tried to start and received the 1068 error. Help

1. Go to Start > Run and type in services.msc then press Enter. 2. In the window that opens find "Print Spooler" on the right 3. Right-click "Print Spooler" and select "Properties". 4. Click on the "Recovery" tab and change all 3 drop-down boxes to "Restart The Service". 5. Make sure the 2 text boxes underneath say "1" in them. 6. Click Ok until you are back at the Services window, close it and you're good to go. 7. Go back into the properties of the "Print Spooler" tab and be sure to click Start to restart the Print Spooler service and it will restart the service immediately.

and try this also,

  1. At the command prompt type lexbces -u and press ENTER. You will receive confirmation that the file has been removed and that you have to delete one other lexbces.exe file manually.
  2. Use the Search option to find the lexbces.exe file and then delete it from C:\Windows\System32

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Ive sent a document tp print but it is doing nothing

unplug the usb and power from the back of the printer (IF it's USB connection) .. and restart the computer.. after the computer restarts , plug the power back in ..

If this does not resolve the issue .. then
From hp.com website.. you would be able to download Print diagnostic utility (PDU)...if not available for this printer , you may choose any other printer like oj pro 8500 series.. and download the PDU ..
This will detect the fault and most probably correct the situation..

Step 3)
Check in services.msc .. for any other printer... especially . DELL/LEXMARK..
in the print spooler . check for the dependencies.. if there is any LEXBCE Server..
then click on start , run and then type in CMD..
in the black screen .. type sc config spooler depend= rpcss

Step 4)
you may also try by choosing to print directly to the printer.. (go to the printer icon, right click and choose printer properties. . then go to Advanced .. and there you will see the option of PRINTING DIECTLY TO THE PRINTER..

iF that doesn't work.. then do a L2 uninstall .. and reinstall .. this should resolve the issue..

PRINT SPOOLER WILL NOT START AUTOMATICALLY OR MANUALLY. I GET MESSAGE ERROR 1068.

I had the same issue a while back, I used the following procedure to fix it.

Click the Start button, and then click Run.
The Run window appears.
Type services.msc, and then click OK.
Locate Print Spooler in the list of services, right-click the service, and then left-click start.
Locate Lexbce Server in the list of services, right-click the service, and then left-click start
Locate RPC services in the list of services, right-click the service, and then left-click start
If you get any error like 1608, follow these steps:
Right-click "Print Spooler" and select "Properties".
Click on the "Recovery" tab and change all 3 drop-down boxes to "Restart The Service".
Make sure the 2 text boxes underneath say "1" in them.
Click Ok until you are back at the Services window, close it , perform the same for Lexbce Server and RPC services as well. Then restart RPC services, then Lexbce Server and last step is to restart the Print Spooler service. Print a test page and check for it.

A file won't Delete

You will have to manually clear your print queue. Here's how:

Start > Run > In the box type: services.msc

Scroll down the list and find LEXBCE server, Right-click on it and choose RESTART

Next, scroll down to PRINT SPOOLER, Right-click on it and choose RESTART

Your print queue will then clear out and the communication between your Dell (rebranded Lexmark) will be reestablished with your computer. Good luck!!!
