Clothes are still soaking wet when load is finished.

When I put a load in, it goes through all the cycles just fine until the final fast spin. It doesn't do that any more. It just beeps that it's finished. Last night it was running fine, then this morning it won't do that final fast spin. My husband followed your directions and checked the pump and there was no debris clogging it. What do we do next??? Please help.

There are no error codes as I do not have the LED read out. But when checking the drain pump for debris we found the paper work and spec sheets on our machine. We went the diagnostic phase and got the code 43. according to the spec sheet this means we need a new "control board". I have since ordered the part and my hubby is willing to put in himself. Would you please send me step-by-step on how to do that? Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for the help. The Model # is 417.44152400 the new control board should be here any day.

    Thanks again.

I ended up replacing the whole machine, but I still have the other washer in the garage. How do I replace the "motor speed control"? Where would that be located? If I can fix it I would give it to my daughter's family. Your help would be appreciated.

Sure. Just send me your COMPLETE model number (located around the door opening) so that I may confirm what features you have and how the washer is constructed. I would be glad to assist. Waiting to hear back from you...

Are there any error codes displayed on the operator console? Have you attempted to unplug the washer for at LEAST 30 minutes to reset the Central Control Unit (CCU)?

Have you tryed replaceing the motor speed control. That is also what makes the machine spin.

i did some research and before you replace the speed control replace the door switch. This also makes the machine not spin. I have replaced about 6 in the last month. and if that doesnt fix it its the speed control. The door switch is cheaper and there is no way to test it so just replace it first. it should fix it.

Kenmore Series 70 Top Loading Washing Machine Model # 110.20722991 Serial# CL 1134809 Hello, Our washing machine is leaving our clothes soaking wet when finished. What could the problem be?

2 things are possible. Can you tell if the spin cycle is engaging? If the spin cycle is not engaging properly or very fast, then the water will not leave the clothes. less likely is that the machine is not draining the water away properly or fast enough.

LG front load washer/ clothes still wet after final spin

The heavy jacket prevented the washer from spinning at a rapid pace, so I added a heavy bathrobe to absorb some of the water and to balance the load. The washer then spun very quickly and drained out all the water.

When cyle is finish clothes are still soaking wet

Sounds like a slow drain. Recheck the drain hose if it looks ok get a bucket to put the hose in to see how fast it comes out. If it comes out slow the drain pump impellor may be broken.
