Contact info Hey... I sent an email to you a few days ago and have not had a response so I'm wondering if you even got it? The email was asking about repairing a checkered screen on my tc1100. Please advise. Thank you.

I Lost my Money to scammers but not anymore
Well, who would have believed this. When I saw a comment
by one Allison babara, I thought it was one of the Scammers
ways to convince someone. Looking at his comment, I saw
an element of doubt since he was telling stories. Well I did it

I have changed my email address and my kindle does not reconize me now


Books and other info is sent to kindle by your registered email address. Log onto kindle Look for account and lists below the search bar and to right side. Hold cursor there and look down list to Manage content and devices. Click that. On right side click settings. That will give you a list of all the registered info on your device also an option to change any of that info. If you send personal files to your kindle you will also have to change the approved senders list, near bottom of page or you kindle will not accept anything from unknown senders. Any further problems you can try these to contact customer service direct.

Lost all information for my kindle and I no,longer have the same email address


Log onto Amazon.com Look for Your Account and place cursor on it. From the list about half way down click Manage Content and Devices. Click the middle heading Your Devices. This will show info
on your kindle.

To update email/password...on first page of Amazon.com just under the search bar you will see help. Click that and then click Change Account Settings. The password is hidden with ***. I'm not sure if you can just change that or not.

If you need more help. One of the help topics is Device Support. Click that and you will see Contact us bottom of left column. click that and fill in info. Choose call back and leave number and best time to call. They should call you back no later than next day depending on time you sent in request. Best part it's free.

There is a message (fastboot mode) on the screen and I can't shut the tablet off. what should I try?


Not familiar with fastboot mode but most will turn off when you close the cover. If you don't have a cover try covering the tablet with a piece of paper. After a few seconds check if it's turned off...shows screen saver. If it's still on try a reset. Hold the On button down until it responds...about 20 seconds. It will flash and then come back up.

If you cannot shut it off after that...Log into Amazon. com Just under the address bar you will see "Your account" Place cursor on that and click on "Manage content and devices" Next page should show column heading for content, devices and settings. Click devices and select your device. They have a lot of info and suggestions about your kindle.

If that does not help go back to Your account and click Your account from the list. On right side you will find kindle help home, click and next page on left has Contact Us. click that and fill in info and choice of response, email, phone etc. They will call back as soon as possible and the info has already been given to someone that can help with that problem.

Bought many books from Kobo a few years ago. Still have library but can't sign in. What do I do?


If you go to the sign in page and click on forgot password, you will be prompted to enter in your details and an email will be sent to you giving you your sign in details so you can then sign in again.

Ask for the info to be sent to your mobile phone or make another email address and send it to that or you could send it to one off your mates emails or family member then follow link to reset

My email will not take my password cant send or recieve email


If you have forgotten your password, then you need to RESET YOUR PASSWORD thru Website. They May Ask you for few security Question, which you put when you made this account. Even if you had provided your Mobile Number while opening your GMail account, GMail may even verify your Email by sending Text to your Mobile Number. Keep me posted if it helps.
