Hi r these good speakers?

Power Handling (Peak) 300W , Power Handling (Continuous) 150W , Frequency Response 25Hz-22Khz , Crossover Slope @ 4.5Khz 24Db/Octave , Efficiency (1 Watt/1 Meter) 93 Db , Impedance 4 Ohm .

what this means is that the speakers are designed for a car stereo alone, NOT stock stereo as it wont have enough power. See the one 50w x 4 ,, yeah its designed for those. All and all its not a bad deal.

I am trying to exchange the stereo in a 2005 saturn view and wiring colors dont match the new stereo...How do I know what is what?

You should buy the the wiring harness for your vehicle and then you wont have a problem because it will have the proper color connections for your new headunit. You can purchase the wiring harness at any car stereo or electronics store that sells car stereos.

My in-dash won't come on

yellow lead on car stereo should be going to a permanent live on car stereo wiring loom, (always 12 volts regardless of key being in or out) red lead on car stereo should be going to aux in car stereo wiring loom, (12 volts only when key in and ignition lights on) green lead on car stereo goes to earth to allow you to watch dvds whilst driving (highly illigal whilst driving!) read the manual, if this doesnt work fuse in car possibly gone?

Stereo stations wont stay set

If you have a yellow wire that is the memery wire. It needs to be hooked to a constant hot. If you do not have one you need to get a new plug for the back.

My stereo wont save settings and resets every time i turn off car

Check the backup power source (usually a yellow wire) on the stereo wiring harness. (If it is an after market stereo.)

Check the fuse box(s) for an open fuse it's probably marked on the fuse box or in the owners manual. (both factory and after market radios)
