Problem i posted yesterday

I posted my problem yesterday, paid for the assistance plan and i received an e-mail today asking if i still had the problem. Yes i still have the problem and i am not sure why i paid for an assistance plan . can anyone tell me if there is a phone number i can call to talk with someone from the Viore company. I didnt receive a manual when i purchased the t.v. from wal-mart and the one person that i e-mailed with from fixya says i need a book. Where do i get a book----- what do i do? My t.v. is barely over a year old

You send my an e-mail asking if I need assistance to solve my problem but offering a "premium assitance plan" wich means "fee" and on the top of it in case if I already fix my problem you ask me how I did it, that way if somebody else have the same issue you take "my advice" and charge for that. I don't think this is any fear. To who ever read this post be aware of this scamers.

I am having receiving problem


I am not sure exactly if what I did solved the problem.
The main thing was I deleted messages from my in, sent, spam & finally emptied trash. But it didn't seem to have made a change yesterday.
Today I received a message from yoy (Fixya), I then tested it and it seems to be working fine.

Maybe a routine night job by Yahoo permenantly removed my deleted messages and created space.
If this is possible please let me know.

Hi, My toshiba satellite M40x-107 can not be powered on at all (all of a sudden). I checked the Power Supply (it's ok). Do you a) know what it could be? b) Do you know how to open the case. Thanks Urs...

Is there a way i can make it so my symphonic model wf803 can play dvds from other regions?


As you can see in the highlighted area below, I have already purchased the premium plan. This has not helped me solve my problem. I don't know what to do next. I paid almost $20 for a session that was cut short and I have not been able to reconnect. When ever I try your program wants to charge me again even though I sign in. So now what?? 1. Today I called HP for assistance in regards to a virus I have encountered. I paid $99 for nothing I suppose since I was transferred 3-4 times and still did not receive any satisfaction I would like to...


First of all Tell them you paid and you never got assistance and if they refuse tell them that you will get a lawyer (I wouldn't actually get a lawyer) that will most likely get them to refund you. Now You can e-mail me at 4077mashunit@gmail.com and if you want I can solve your problem from my computer from a screen sharing software I have and you will get the virus removed without paying $99.
