For the initial issue, attempt a hard reset on the device: remove the battery from the BlackBerry while the device is still powered on. Leave it out for 30 seconds, then reinsert.

Hi,the phone needs to be flashed to be restored back to normal working condition,its infected with a virus,and only flashing the entire phone memory can get rid of the virus,however this can be done by a qualified phone technician in your area.
