Nokia 445 Pro Brightness problem

I have a Nokia 445 Pro. Great monitor, but I have a problem. When I turn the monitor on, it is quite bright, yet it slowly adjusts to the required brightness after about 25 minutes. Seems to be getting worse, as I have the brightness almost all the way off. Any suggestions to what the problem might be?

You have to bring the monitor to service mode following this instructions:
1.) Turn Monitor off
2.) Push Menu Button for 4s during switch on of the Monitor, release and push push again.
3.) Now you have to enter service password wich is 7711
4.) All adjustments can be done using the service menu.
