Question about Samsung Televison & Video
It's under warranty. The convergence might be off but you deserve to have the thing looking right. If they can't fix it tell them to take it back and you're going across the street for better service...
It should be a great picture but something is wrong. I would hope they offer you onsite assistance if not I would want to talk to a company rep. Samsung has a pretty good following in terms of their products but I think something is wrong with your TV. Call them. Tell them you want a replacement. Tell them that and stand by it. Hopefully they will give you support or at least have someone come look at it on their nickel. and maybe they will be nice and make you very happy. That's my hope.
