if you purchased your game on-line they should have sent you an email with the codes, if you did not then i would contact the company or person you got the game from and ask them for the codes
First check again if you wrote it correctly. If it doesn't work, contact EA technical support and tell them about the problem. They will most likely ask for photo of game with serial showing.

Enter your information and please include any error messages and order number, along with the issue you are experiencing.
Ok what that means basically is that your video card cannot handle the games graphics so you need to go out and buy a new one. I would recommend an ATI RADEON video card.
