One of the posible things is that the battery is no good. This can simply be fixed by bringing it to your carrier.

My blackjack 2 will not come on battery is fully charged

Try consulting with the manufacture of your blackjack for instructions or carefully read through your product manual. Most phones turn on by holding the on button or the talk button and there is usually a switch for lock and unlocking your phone. You must also check to see if your charger is busted. If none of this helped the best thing to do is to exchange your phone or to just contact the manufacter of your device.

Phone will not charge.

Return to the carrier for warranty repair.

The charge port of the Blackjack starts to go bad and will not send the full charge tot the battery.

If you are out of warranty there are some options you can choose from

1. Get repaired
2. New phone
3. external charging source

The external battery charger runs about 20 dollars on ebay with an extra battery.

Blackjack cell phone AT&T won't charge or turn on

Go back to AT&T, or find somebody else who has a Blackjack II and put thier battery in the phone to see if this 'jump starts' it. I have had the same problem now 3 times. There seems to be a consistent issue with Blackjacks just not charging after a while, then the battery runs down and you can't turn the phone on again. 1st time AT&T put a new battery in mine and it turned straight on! 3 weeks later it happend again and they gave me a new phone AND another new battery. 3 weeks later the same thing has happened again with thenew phone. Never seen this happen with any other phone model.

My samsung blackjack 2 will not charge. the battery is now totally dead, will not turn on and will not charge even with the wall outlet charger or the computer usb charger. when the phone still had some...

If the Red Led stays turned on it is as simple as this.....the solder connecting your power on button to the system board in your phone has worn off..... you must pop the power button at the top of your phone off and you will be able to see where the soldering paste has simply worn off. At my job I have a soldering machine so it was not problem for me. I simply took pasted it back to the board with tin.....now this may require some work. just pop off the top section of you phone with a flathead screw driver and pop out the power button. look closely and you should be able to see where the botton has lifted from the little greenish system board..... Find someone to solder it, put it back together and it works like new.........SEE YA

Blackjack won't turn on

THe BlackJack phone will only charge while its turned on! If you allow it to go totally dead you cannot recharge it. You will have to get a new battery.

Blackjack Memory

ok this might work I cannot guarantee it. first back up all of your data onto your computer. After that turn off your phone. then first hold the up button then at the same time hold hold down the power button and you should get to format mode press 1 and it will automatically format it. then it should boot up normally. put the memory card in see if it works and put all of your data back on your phone. hpe this helps with your problems
