Question about Zenith H25F36DT 25" TV
I am able to get into the menu of this television, but am not able to scroll up and down to activate the cable channel search. I tried to hold down the menu and entered 9876 ENTER then I changed the 0 to a 1, this allowed me to scroll through the parental screening menu (or whatever its called) however, I still cannot do a channel search. ALSO, when I attempt to hold down the menu button and enter 9876 ENTER nothing happens anymore for me to attempt any other settings. Please please please help.

Possibly you're not hitting the numbers fast enough or there is a problem in the delay circuit in the microprocessor. Stargazer

Possibly you're not putting the numbers in fast enough. If you are then there maybe a problem with the microprocessor responding too quickly to commands. I've never seen this problem before, but my TV will do the same thing if I don't get the numbers in fast enough. Stargazer

wHEN YOU GET THE MENU UP YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE MENU BUTTON DOWN UNTIL THE MENU DISAPPEARS THEN ENTER 9876 ENTER. YOU CAN ALSO JUST AUTO PROGRAM THE SET AND IT WILL COME OUT OF SERVICE MODE.
