I CANT HEAR ANY SOUND FROM MY COMPUTER
Have you tried howtodrivers.com
in search put in you the sound card you have and check for drivers

1.Right click on my-computer,click properties. it will show system properties tab.
2.click hardware tab.
3.click device Manager.
4.see whether any hardware is disabled or in yellow mark.
if it is yes then you have to install the audio driver. it is available with your motherboard cd.
