Sounds like one of the devices connected to the computer might need a update firmware or driver update.

Instructions

There are no such thing as "Instructions" for a desktop computer apart of the basic input output.system (BIOS)
The moment your computer start's up, the operating system takes control of your computer and boots up until startup has finished.
If you don't have any operating system istalled, you should install one.

How do yu connect a desktop tower to this tv

First, we need to look at how to make your PC send the correct signal. As a general rule, I can say that you will likely need some sort of adapter in your PC in order to send a signal to the TV. This is typically referred to as a "tuner card." It converts PC output to the input that a TV can understand. I don't normally recommend Wikipedia, but this article does tell you the basics of how to get signals from a TV to a PC:
TV tuner card Wikipedia the free encyclopedia
Then, it would be helpful to know what brand, model #, etc. "this" TV is.

I cant run my gateway GT5676 pc in normal mode with Samsung TV / Monitor

If I'm understand you correctly you said you have the HDMI Cable and the VGA Cable comming from the Computer to the TV. You should only have one cable. Either use the HDMI from the computer to the HDMI to the TV or use the VGA from the Computer to the VGA on the TV. Once you have the cable connect select your input on the TV. If you have the VGA Cable connected your input to select on the tv will probably be PC or Computer. If you use the HDMI Cable your input to select on the TV will be HDMI.

One you connect the cables and select the input try rebooting the computer and the video might show up automatically on the tv. If not you will have to hit the FN (Function key) + the correct (F1 thru F12) key that corresponds to the external display. The correct key will probably have CRT/LCD on it or it might have the icon of a display. Press and Hold the FN key then hit the correct key (F1 thru F12) that toggles the display. The display will toggle on 3 setups (Computer only, TV only, both the TV and Computer).

Now as for not being able to boot up normally that's another issue.

How do Istall rtl120.bpl as this is mising and I get this notice every time I turn on my computer

Hi,

I understand the inconvenience. It may happen due to automatic updates. Since, it is happening from yesterday, I would recommend to run a system restore to the previous date. To do so:

1. Click Start Menu> All Programs> System Tools> System restore
2. Select a previous date on which the computer was working

Note: If any change were made to the computer, it will be erased.

Please revert back to me for any clarification.

Thanks and regards,

Computer is not loading..black screen keeps coming with the message input not supported..how can i turn my computer on normally.it loads on safe mode.

Input not supported could be the screen having problems. It loads in safe mode so the display driver is corrupt or set to a too higher resolution for your screen.
Adjust it as required.

Did it come with software? Try going into control panel and selecting keyboard/mouse and look for a default keyboard layout and select it. then restart your computer and see if that works.good luck!

Dell Dimension 5150 Boot Problems!

You can probably try two things here.

1) Go to the BIOS and reset the defaults.
2) Clear NVRAM from your Dell computer. Here is how you do it.

No beep

What indication do you have that the system is on?
Do you have any LEDs active on the front of the system box?

Also, your monitor should indicate whether you are receiving video sync signals from the system by changing LEDs or the color of one and possibly give you an on-screen notice that it is or isn't getting input.

If you disconnect the video cable from the back of the system box, most monitors will post a small notice on the screen that it is working but not getting any input.

Input not supported

In display properties under advanced, lower your refresh rate to 60 hertz. Then go up until it no longer supports it then back off a notch.
