Brother LS-2125 presser foot stuck

My presser foot is stuck while I was in the middle of sewing a straight seam. I can't seem to figure out how to loosen it up so it will again allow my fabric to advance through the machine.

I lost the screw for the shank on my ls 2125 where can I get a replacement?

parts can be had... Call your local dealer and tell him what you need. It should be pretty standard but they would know what to give you. Or call brother direct.

I purchased a Brother RS 2125 sewing machine and it is missing the straight pressor foot. Where can i purchase one?

I think that you can get any brand, Singer etc because they are snap on. You have a low shank so that you probably can buy one from JoAnn Fabrics. I was looking at your manual at www.brother-usa.com and I didn't see a straight presser foot listed. If, you aren't close to a JoAnn's give Brother a call at 1-877-276-8437 and order one. Good luck.

PRESSER FOOT FOR APPLIQUE

According to page 39 of the manual for this machine, you use the regular presser foot that came on the machine.

If it is missing, you can purchase a snap-on foot where sewing machine accessories are sold.

You can download or view the manual (free) at the Brother website.

I keep having my thread getting tangled around the bobbin i have re-threaded the bobbin triied all different ways and it still keeps doing this, its a brand new maachine and im really annoyed

This can happen if you stop to re-position the fabric and do not have the needle down into the fabric. This usually happens when you turn a corner or are making a curved seam.

Make sure to always thread the machine with the presser foot up - this is important.

Lower and raise the threaded needle, holding onto the thread tail and bring up the bobbin thread. Take both thread tails under the presser foot and to the back of the machine.

Keep the threads to the back of the machine when you begin to sew.

Appearence of loop and no zigzag stich on ls-2125i brother

The loopy stitching is usually do to threading the machine with the presser foot down.

Raise the presser foot and re-thread or pull about 8" of thread through the needle and see if the loopy stitches go away.

This may also be the issue with the zig-zag stitch.

When the machine is threaded with the presser foot down, the tension is closed and the thread cannot enter as it should for the tension to control the flow of thread to the needle. The thread then feeds too fast and the stitching is distorted.

How to connect the walking foot for ls-2125i? I have removed the snap on presser foot. Unscrewed the leg so I could screw on the foot. The white piece to the right does not fit on my screw so it just...

Turn power switch to "0"
raise the needle to highest position by turning the wheel toward you(counterclockwise) and raise the presser foot lever
release the foot by raising the lever located at the back of the presser foot assembly
place a different presser foot on the needle plate so that the bar on the presser foot is in line with the slot on the shank
lower the presser foot lever and fix the presser foot onto the shank. If the p foot is in the correct location the bar will snap in you should hear a click or snapping sound let me know if this helped thanks! amy

I have a brother LS2125i it is easy to use, and I am a complete novice- but when I try to sew heavy denim- Like over the thickest part of the hem it makes a very load click nose- and becomes stuck--- is...

It may be the machine, although most machines would have trouble going over the seam. First, use a Denim needle, 90 or 100 and place a "shim" also called a "jean a majig" to keep the presser foot level. If the foot is shifted, the machine will not sew over the bulk. The machine is not real heavy duty, may have problems , anyway.
