Question about Motorola Mobility MOTORIZR Z6tv Cellular Phone
The phone weas locked by my daughter and she forgot the code. I have read that once the wrong code is entered more than three or five times the phone will no longer unlock with a password. Can you help me o i need to open the phone is there a test point or should I take it to Criket provider.
My e-mail adress is firstname.lastname@example.org Thank-you
You can also put a secruity code by pressing the bottom right corner button.
it should be a 6 digit code
normally if it hasnt been changed after purchas it should be 1-6,
if that doesnt work, then sorry

Definitly take it to a Criket provider and see if they can unlock it. If not then you will have to go through motorola directly.
