However you can download the same by visiting the website
http://usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/i_series/i70#DriversAndSoftware

Even here you need to be careful to download the correct software for your PC. Please Click on "Drivers and Software" and then from the "Chose Operating System" dropdown menu Select "Windows 7".

Here you will get the details of the driver software you want to download and also with the 'Download' button.

Just chose the software and click on 'Download' button to download the exe file to your PC. Here you will be asked to select location for download. Chose a preferable location that is easy for you to access. Now after the download double click on the exe file to install the driver software and reboot your system.

Download the updated software from Canon:

just pick your Win7 version.

I hope this helps.

Where do I find free vista driver for my canon i70 printer

Find it at www.canon.com/support ... if there is such a thing. Check the Windows 7 hardware compatability listing to see if your printer is supported.

I lost my installation CD for the Printer, what could be my solution

To download the drivers, and any associated software needed from the printer manufacturer website.

1) I know the heading states Cannon i70, (Should state CANON i70), but I need to know if this is the printer in question.

2) I need to know the Operating System your computer has on it.
Windows XP, and Windows Vista, are two examples of an operating system.

Should you wish guidance on how to download, and install said software, I need the two above questions answered.

Since i got windows xp my cannon i70 nolonger is printing

Try to re-plug the printer to another USB port on your computer, it should automtically detect the printer as a new hardware. If it didn't, try these steps:
  1. Run Add Printer Wizard of Windows (from Control Panel> Printers and Faxes).
  2. Choose Local Printer (it's okay if it didn't find Plug n' Play printer).
  3. Select USB Virtual printer port (assuming that your printer is connected through USB to your computer).
  4. When it ask to choose the manufacturer and model, just select the closest match to your printer.
If the model couldn't be found (or not even a close match to Canon i70), you will need to download driver from Canon website.

I have lost the installation disc how do i install a canon bubble jet printer i70 onto my computor?

Manufacturers are usually really good at posting the setup programs for their products on their website. In general, go to the website of the company that made your device and look for "drivers". It may be listed under "Support" or "Downloads".

In this case, you can find the setup program for your printer here: http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=DownloadDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=331&modelid=8720
Just enter your operating system (most likely Windows XP), and you'll get a download link below. Run that file instead of loading the installation disc, and you should be good.
