Question about HP OfficeJet 4215 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Not all printers support all paper types. Sometimes you'll get a jam because the paper you want to use isn't supported by your product. The HP.com site has a web page that describes how to diagnose paper jam problems.
Paper Jam page
On that page, scroll down to Step 6 where it talks about checking the paper size and type settings and see if that helps.
You can also review the paper size and type specifications for your printer to make sure the paper you are using is supported.
Scroll down to the Paper specifications section of the page to compare what's listed there with the paper types you are trying to use.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
