You may need to reinstall the software and drivers for your camera.

If that does not work, consider buying and using a card reader which would eliminate the need to have any drivers for the camera, because it is not necessary to connect the camera.

If you have more than one camera, it may make sense to use a card reader instead of installing software for each camera, including drivers.

Reinstall the software and drivers for your camera.
You may have to download the latest software and drivers for your operating system.
Using a card reader simplifies the steps taken in down load.

The new card readers appear as mass storage in the view of drives.
Most new card readers I have used need no drivers, because the operating system includes these as built in.

When I connect my A350 camere to the laptop the `save images wizard' does not appear. How do I access it?

Just reinstall the Fuji software again. Or even better uninstall it first and than install it again. Without the correct software and the correct driver it won't work.
When you forgot to install the software please do this before you connect the camera.

Problem downloading pictures. When camera is connected to the PC the Save Image Wizard does not come up.

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

Internal memory

When a memory card is inserted into the camera, it automatically switches over to saving the images to the card. You don't need to do anything else.

If you installed the camera cd rom you should have no problem. It is normal not to see the pics on your camera while connected to the computer but you should be prompted to use a ge eric program do download the files like windows camera wizard.try to connect the camera first with the usb cable and turn it on and wait for a few seconds. If the wizard apears on the screen is ok .If not uninstall the software and reinstall after a cold boot.

Raw setting

You do need RAW compatable software to read these files.
However this should not prevent you simply saving them to a file.
When you say regular Wizard - is this the Windows scanner/Camera Wizard or the one on the Camera CD
If the latter delete that software and use the Windows version.
If you are using the camera to up load images - not a a good idea think of the battery drain - a Card reader is better.
Reading Raw images?
Do a web search for free software
IrfanView Might as indeed Picasa - two to look at
