Reseat the memory and battery. if that does not clear try keeping plugged in and power up.
if that fails could be bad memory or bad power connector.

unplug the power and take out the battery then use a metal object to place accross the computers battery terminals all at once then try to start it up again this will reset the bios
Sounds like you are having a video issue on the motherboard and that is not a software or easy fix. Most people have to change out their motherboards when it comes down it in regards to this type of activity.
it looks like the Inverter's gone in your screen, it works like a starter in a florescent tube, it 'kick starts' your screen to come on. Turning it on/off many times eventually 'kick starts' your screen and makes it come on eventually.
hi, if nothing(even hp logo ) is not coming on the display then please try this. 1.remove the battery and then press the power button for 30 sec.Again refix it and check. 2.If windows sound is there then this mught be the issue with display.
3.If there is no windows sound might be the issue with RAM so please get it checked.
try this put off the laptop and remove the battery and the power cable and then hold the power button from 30-60 seconds then put back the power cable(without battery) and switch it on it should work then shutdown and put battery pack in
Try this (a shot in the dark, but will help eliminate some possibilities): unplug the AC power cord, remove the battery, press power for a few seconds. Replug the power cord and try. If it works, put the battery in and try again.
