this pole breaks because the gear inside is made of puter and when it gets warm enough it melts or breaks the teeth the only solution is to take it out and find some place that makes them to replace it

you dont neddle valve and carb kit

remove the top cover i think 4 screws the plug is under there

you coil is intermitting. need to replace coil.

The filter is part of the clunk valve which is supposed to keep your fuel supply line submerged in the deepest part of your gas supply. Haul out the filter and the end of your gas line and reunite them.

Check if is any "spark" at the spark plug.If not change the "coil" =spark plug cable and coil all are together.

Check for a plugged fuel filter and defective fuel lines. Make sure the carburetor fasteners are tight. Check for spark at the plug--it should be blue and snappy with a new plug. If ok, squirt in some fuel mix in the plug hole, replace the plug, and see if it will pop a couple of times. If ok, make sure the primer bulb draws fuel into it after several pumps. If still won't run, remove the lower chamber of the carburetor and check the diaphragm for flexibility and no holes. Hope this helps!
