Question about Altec Lansing AVS 300 Computer Speakers
I have used a 15vdc 900ma with no problem but never run the volume high. The factory specs are for 18vdc 650ma Center +

NO, it is very under rated and powered. You need an 18 volt and not a 12 VOLT. They should not be that hard to find in an electronics store. Also the amp rating is also important. Make sure you are matching both amps and volts AC or DC to the the label on the woofer or you could end up blowing the out.
