check your username and password. also, check your cookie setting (security settings under options) if using internet explorer. try to download mozilla firefox and see if you can sign in with that web browser. www.mozilla.org signed, Doctor MyPC firstname.lastname@example.org

try to start the windows in safe mode with networking and see if it works, it's probably a virus, or check with your isp.
