Hi,
Sounds like an OS( operating system prob ), get into the bios set up and set the boot sequence to D:( dvd/cd rom ) first and save it upon exit.
Put the Win7 or any operating system that you use and let it run, read the instructions carefully.
Hope that helps!

Problem of my msi desktop

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle to shutdown or fail to detect a hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your "((MOTHERBOARD TO THE HARD DRIVE))" make sure they have a

secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty if it's a flat 40pin ide

this will be the first to fail

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electical extensions

or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs power and data to travel through every working device and continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

make sure your ram modules are securely seated with no dust in the sockets also the Cmos battery has charge with no dust in the socket
on some motherboards cmos batteries are soldered in

I got win7 installed on my desktop computer ( mother board msi k8mm-v V1.3) when i want to play games it gives me error message "windows media accelerator"

You need to install all the mainboard/chipset/graphic card drivers.
For the mainboard/chipset drivers, please check
http://www.msi.com/product/mb/K8MM-V.html#/?div=Driver

MSI is not prividing the Win7 drivers yet, but you can use the Vista drivers. Select the Vista version (32 bit or 64 bit) to be the same as yout Win7 type (32 or 64 bit)

Windows Installation gives blue screen errors.

Hi, at the boot up go into your bios [ on MSI press the delte key continuosly] and turn OFF the onboard virus protection. This can block all O/S from loading as they need to write to the bios in the installation process. Ensure you turn it back on after installation, it is there to stop hackers getting into your bios and wrecking your system. Regards mistyman
